As Christians, prayer is the way we communicate with our Heavenly Father; through prayer we seek God’s perspective, and to see others as Christ sees them; through prayer we grow our relationship with God, in the same way that any relationship flourishes through communication.
The Light House Community Church aspires to go beyond the walls to connect with people who have no church background or who would never choose to step inside a church building. We are tuning in to our local communities and seek relevant ways to show Christ’s love and share his gospel.
Everything we do is rooted in prayer. The Light House Community Church is in the early stages of a fresh pioneering endeavour. We have again set aside November as a time of listening and speaking to God as we seek his direction.
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it.”
Isaiah 30:21
How will it work?

We are aiming to have prayer in the building and/or the community each day of November. To let us know when you are planning to pray please book on our website, or contact Rev Mark Young directly: minister@tlcllandudno.org.uk, 07436871120.
If you are concerned about being here alone, contact Mark he will be able to let you know when he or others are in the building.
Each Sunday Rev Mark Young will be praying at 2pm. Come and join him if you are able. Our worship service starts at 4pm.
Ways to Pray
To help you make the most of praying for The Light House Community, we have prepared two aids to
prayer:
- The Prayer Space – We have prepared the front of the church with a range of prayer activities.
- Prayer Walk – Maps are available to download or pick up a paper copy from the prayer space. This will give you guidance on how to pray through the streets.
Graffiti Wall
As you take the time to pray, our hope is that you will encounter God, that through the Spirit and the Word he will connect with you. We want to hear about your prayer time, so please share on our graffiti wall which is in the prayer space.
May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.
May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you. May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth. May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.
The land yields its harvest; God, our God, blesses us. May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
Psalm 67
